A FEAST FOR THE EYES IN PLETT THIS WINTER

Before Facebook, YouTube and an endless array of “gotcha” moments, there were the artists and amazing original creations. This July, leave your smartphones at home and let our throwback Thursdays inspire you to gather beatnik friends to explore the Plett Arts Twilight Meander. Turn back the technology clockevery Thursday at different locations on Main Street on the 6^th, 13^th and 20^th July from 16h00 – 18h30. Discover local artists and enjoy the diverse talent showcased at interesting design and décor studios, art galleries and coffee shops. Be part of the experience - meet the artists and savour an aromatic coffee or delicious wine.

   While you meander, Main Street will be pumping with cultural dance groups performing at Market on Main. Ready, steady…don’t forget to pick up the Plett Arts Twilight Meander map to make sure you don’t miss one of your favourite artists…GO!   If you happen to have an appetite for foodie films and sumptuous cuisine, Plett Food & Film has a ticket with your name on it! Jenny Morris, aka The Giggling Gourmet, is this year’s celebrity ambassador and culinary presenter. Our line-up of award-winning films includes Katrina, Tangerines and Casablanca as the Main Course with a Side Menu of two other films – Jiro Dreams of Sushi and The Way.
